Warranty Information

Because we are so confident in the construction and printing of our products, ALL MyCaseBand® products come with a Lifetime Warranty. 

 What is covered under our Lifetime Warranty:  

• Printing defects, including fading, peeling, or cracking of print
• Manufacturing defects due to faulty construction
• Design issues, including design specifics disclosed in the initial order placement, distortion of design during printing process, misalignment of design when printed, etc.

Examples include:  phone case coming apart at a seam or cracking (not from normal use or dropping), AirPods case carabiner breaking, watch band loop breaking off,  print peeling off or cracking, etc. 

What is NOT covered under our Lifetime Warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse 
• Damage to your device while in use by our products
• Damage due to modification of our products

Shipping charges to replace a warranty item is always covered by MyCaseBand.  

To start a Lifetime Warranty replacement, or if you have a question about our warranty, please send an email to hello@mycaseband.com.  Please include a photo of the affected area and your order number. 

If approved for a warranty replacement we will get you out a replacement product right away! (standard processing times apply)
