Returns
- All MyCaseBand® products can be returned within 90 days of order date as long as product is in new, unused condition.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns are processed as soon as the product is received and typically takes 1 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Unfortunately, personalized products are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges- Any MyCaseBand® product can be exchanged within 90 days of order date as long as product is in new, unused condition.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, however we will ship out your exchange free of charge.
- Orders can only be exchanged one time.
- Exchanges will be processed as soon as the original product is received and normal processing time applies.
- Unfortunately, personalized products are not eligible for exchanges.
