Returns & Exchanges

Returns
  • All MyCaseBand® products can be returned within 90 days of order date as long as product is in new, unused condition. 
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Returns are processed as soon as the product is received and typically takes 1 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 
  • Unfortunately, personalized products are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
  • Any MyCaseBand® product can be exchanged within 90 days of order date as long as product is in new, unused condition. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, however we will ship out your exchange free of charge.  
  • Orders can only be exchanged one time. 
  • Exchanges will be processed as soon as the original product is received and normal processing time applies. 
  • Unfortunately, personalized products are not eligible for exchanges.
